How to Make Easy Homemade Mysore Pak

  • Sieve besan flour. Powder sugar in a blender.
  • Warm ghee on low heat (don't let it boil). Remove from fire, add besan flour to it and stir till well mixed.
  • Keep a heavy-bottom vessel on the fire, add the sugar and a little water.
  • Once the sugar dissolves and starts bubbling, add the besan-ghee mixture to it slowly.
  • Stir till it leaves the sides of the vessel.
  • Pour the mixture on to a plate coated with ghee. Allow it to cool for a while and then cut into squares.
  • Cool for another hour or so.
