  • 1.5 cups - low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 4 tbsp - honey
  • sliced fresh fruits
  • dry desiccated coconut (unsweetened)/ low-cal crushed granola, for garnish

How to Make Easy Low-Cal Yogurt Parfait

  • In a large bowl, put the yogurt. Add honey over the yogurt in a spider web like manner (for a more dash of colour you may use dark chocolate syrup in place of honey). Chill for half an hour.
  • Sprinkle with fresh fruits.
  • Top with desiccated coconut or granola and serve immediately.
