  • oil for frying
  • salt to taste

How to Make Easy Luchi

  • Mix two spoons of oil and and salt (to taste) with all purpose flour and then add water and make a good dough.
  • Make small roll like puri.
  • Heat a fry pan in medium heat with oil for frying.
  • When oil is hot fry the rolls (luchis).
  • Serve the luchis with curry or bhaja.
