  • 1 cup - ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup - Milk powder
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - chopped Pistachios and Almonds
  • 3 or 4 - Cardamoms
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • Green or yellow food color
  • 1 pinch - Saffron
  • How to Make Easy Microwave Ricotta Cheese Burfi:

    1. Put the butter in microwaveable dish or bowl on high heat and cook for 1 minute.
    2. Now add the ricotta cheese, milk powder and sugar. Stir well.
    3. Now cook again for 5 minutes.
    4. Stir and cook again for 3 minutes.
    5. Now add cardamom powder, saffron, chopped 1/4 cup pistas and almonds and few drops of food colour.
    6. Mix well and pour on to a plate.
    7. Garnish with the remaining chopped pistas and almonds.
    8. Let it cool and cut into diamond shapes.
