Ingredients

  • 1 litre - water or vegetable stock
  • 200 g - Egg noodles
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Ginger powder
  • 2 - green Onions (greens and whites - diagonally sliced)
  • 1 - small sized Onion (peeled and sliced to get thin rings)
  • 3 - thin Lemon slices
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley leaves - a few
  • How to Make Easy-n-Fast Egg Noodle Soup:

    1. Boil water in a large vessel
    2. Add the noodles and rest of the ingredients
    3. Cook until the the noodles are done, for about 4 mins
    4. Pour the soup in individual bowls
    5. Garnish with chopped parsley leaves
