Ingredients

  • 1 litre- fresh Milk
  • 400 to 500g- Sugar
  • Handful - long grain Rice

How to Make Easy Paal Payasam

  • Wash the pressure cooker nicely (so that the milk does not get curdled). Pour milk into the pressure cooker, and add the sugar and washed rice. Close the lid and let it cook. After one whistle, keep the cooker on low flame for 30 minutes. Remove it from the gas and let it cool. Pour into a serving bowl.
