2 cups - pasta (any type)
1- red onions, medium sliced
1 cup- bell peppers- red/yellow/green, mixed
1 - potatoes, medium thinly sliced like fries
4 tbsp - tomato sauce
1 tbsp - chilli garlic sauce
salt to taste
oil for frying and sauteing.
How to Make Easy Pasta
Add water to a vessel and boil.
Add pasta to the boiling water till it becomes tender enough that it can be cut with a fork.
Make sure you don't over-boil it.
Drain it and run through cold water and ensure that each shell remains separate.
Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the potatoes. Drain and keep aside.
Now take 2 tbsp of oil in a wok and add the sliced onions and saute on medium/high flame for about 2-3 minutes.
Add bell peppers and saute for another 2 minutes.
Now add the tomato sauce and the chilli garlic sauce and saute for another 2 -3 minutes.
Add salt and the pasta to this and stir well.
Finally just before serving add the potato chips to prevent them from becoming soggy.
Serve with fresh tomato soup and garlic bread.
