  • 2 cups - pasta (any type)
  • 1- red onions, medium sliced
  • 1 cup- bell peppers- red/yellow/green, mixed
  • 1 - potatoes, medium thinly sliced like fries
  • 4 tbsp - tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp - chilli garlic sauce
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying and sauteing.

How to Make Easy Pasta

  • Add water to a vessel and boil.
  • Add pasta to the boiling water till it becomes tender enough that it can be cut with a fork.
  • Make sure you don't over-boil it.
  • Drain it and run through cold water and ensure that each shell remains separate.
  • Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the potatoes. Drain and keep aside.
  • Now take 2 tbsp of oil in a wok and add the sliced onions and saute on medium/high flame for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add bell peppers and saute for another 2 minutes.
  • Now add the tomato sauce and the chilli garlic sauce and saute for another 2 -3 minutes.
  • Add salt and the pasta to this and stir well.
  • Finally just before serving add the potato chips to prevent them from becoming soggy.
  • Serve with fresh tomato soup and garlic bread.
