Ingredients

  • For Batter:
  • Rice flour - 2 cup.
  • Flour - 1/2 cup.
  • Cold Milk - 1.5 cup.
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • Sugar - 2 tsp| For Coconut Pur:
  • Fresh grated Coconut - 500 g.
  • Jaggery - 500 g.
  • oil - 1 cup|
  • How to Make Easy Patishapta:

    1. Make a batter of all ingredients and keep aside for 10 minutes.
    2. Heat a kadai, add jaggery. After it melts, add coconut and cook until it turns into a sticky dough-like mixture. Cool it.
    3. Heat a pan. Add 1 tsp of oil and spread it. Put some batter in the pan and spread it lightly like a pancake.
    4. Add some coconut puree in the middle and roll it. Serve hot.
