  • 2 potatoes, boiled.
  • 1 cup - curd.
  • For Masala:
  • 1 tsp - Ginger chilli paste .
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves .
  • salt to taste .

How to Make Easy Potato Raita

  • Peel the potatoes and partially crush by pressing with crusher or a large spoon.
  • Beat the curd.
  • Add the crushed potatoes and all the masalas.
  • Chill and serve.
