  • 1 - large radish, very finely chopped
  • 1 - onion, very finely chopped
  • 1 - Cucumber peeled, very finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 - green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup - thick Curd (hung for 2 hours)
  • 2 tbsp - Milk
  • 1 tsp - Sugar powdered
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin seeds, crushed
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Easy Radish Cucumber Salad:

    1. Sprinkle a little salt over chopped radish and onion. Allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
    2. Press out the excess water given out from both, keep veggies aside.
    3. In a deep glass bowl, beat together hung curd and milk.
    4. Add sugar, salt, chilli, cucumber, half coriander, cucumber.
    5. Add marinated onion and radish.
    6. Mix well till flavours are nicely blended.
    7. Refrigerate in chiller till required or for at least one hour before serving.
    8. Serve chilled with slices of warmed bread or buns, or even vegetable crudites.
