How to Make

  • Drain the rasgullas and soak in the milk for an hour.
  • Then separate the milk from the rasgullas and keep the rasgullas aside.
  • Boil the milk down to half.
  • Add the saffron strands to the milk, remove from heat, and cool to room temperature.
  • Ina large bowl, pour the condensed milk.
  • Add the boiled milk to it and mix well until it blends.
  • Slowly add the rasgullas to it.
  • Sprinkle half of the grated nuts over it.
  • Keep it in the fridge for 6 to 7 hours. For best results let it stay overnight.
  • Garnish it with the remaining nuts before you serve it.
