Ingredients

  • 1 tin - rasgullas
  • 1 tin - condensed Milk
  • 1/2 litre- Milk
  • Saffron strands
  • Grated Almonds & pistas for garnish
  • How to Make Easy Rasmalai:

    1. Drain the rasgullas and soak in the milk for an hour.
    2. Then separate the milk from the rasgullas and keep the rasgullas aside.
    3. Boil the milk down to half.
    4. Add the saffron strands to the milk, remove from heat, and cool to room temperature.
    5. Ina large bowl, pour the condensed milk.
    6. Add the boiled milk to it and mix well until it blends.
    7. Slowly add the rasgullas to it.
    8. Sprinkle half of the grated nuts over it.
    9. Keep it in the fridge for 6 to 7 hours. For best results let it stay overnight.
    10. Garnish it with the remaining nuts before you serve it.
