Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Rawa
  • 1 cup - Maida
  • 2 cups - Rice flour
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • 2 tsp - cumin
  • Salt - as required
  • Coriander - a few sprigs
  • Gingili oil - 2 tbsp.

How to Make Easy rava dosa

  • Mix the rava, maida and rice flour with water into a loose, watery batter.
  • Add salt, green chillies, cumin and coriander and mix well.
  • Heat a dosa tawa and pour the watery batter from the outside in, so that it flows to the centre and add a tsp of gingili oil all round the edges.
  • When done, flip over and cook the other side.
