  • Sooji - 2 cups
  • Sugar(fine granulated) - 2.5 cups
  • Butter/Ghee - 1 cup
  • Kismish - 10
  • Elaichi - 3
  • Laung - 5
  • Nutmeg - 1.

How to Make Easy Rava Ladoo

  • Saute sooji in a non-stick pan until it turns light brown. Let it cool.
  • Now saute the cardamom, cloves and grind it with the nutmeg.
  • Heat 2 spoons of ghee in a pan and fry the cashewnuts.
  • Now add the raisins.
  • Powder the sugar in the mixer.
  • Then combine the sooji and the sugar.
  • Mix all the ingredients well and add the ghee.| Divide into equal portions.
  • Now make the ladoos.
