  • 1 cup - minced chicken
  • 1/4 cup - chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup - chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice
  • salt

How to Make Easy Seekh kebab

  • Mix all the ingredients and shape it in long strips like a cylinder.
  • Put little oil in your hand, so that it does not stick.
  • Now pre-heat the oven for 5 mins at 180 degrees.
  • Then put all the chicken strips in the oven and bake it for 10 mins.
  • Take it out and stir fry it in 1 tsp of oil to make it brown in colour.
