How to Make

  • Cut paneer into cubes.
  • Grind onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies in mixie.
  • Heat oil in a heavy pan and add cumin seeds, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Stir it.
  • Now add onion, ginger and garlic paste into it and stir until oil separates.
  • Add tomato paste in it and stir it.
  • Add salt, chilli powder in it and stir until oil separates.
  • Add whipped curd to the paste.
  • Add a small quantity of water and boil it.
  • Cover it, turn off the gas and add garam masala.
  • Before serving, add paneer cubes into the gravy and boil it for 3-4 minutes till the paneer is soft enough.
  • Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and whipping cream before serving.
