  • 100 g Paneer
  • 1 Onion ground
  • A small quantity - ginger, ground
  • 1 Clove - garlic, ground
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped fine
  • 1 cup of Tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • salt to taste
  • Whipped Curd
  • Chopped Coriander leaves - A few
  • How to Make Easy Shahi Paneer:

    1. Cut paneer into cubes.
    2. Grind onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies in mixie.
    3. Heat oil in a heavy pan and add cumin seeds, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Stir it.
    4. Now add onion, ginger and garlic paste into it and stir until oil separates.
    5. Add tomato paste in it and stir it.
    6. Add salt, chilli powder in it and stir until oil separates.
    7. Add whipped curd to the paste.
    8. Add a small quantity of water and boil it.
    9. Cover it, turn off the gas and add garam masala.
    10. Before serving, add paneer cubes into the gravy and boil it for 3-4 minutes till the paneer is soft enough.
    11. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and whipping cream before serving.
