Ingredients

  • Spinach leaves - 125 g
  • Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste - 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Corn flour - 2 tsps
  • Grated Kraft cheese - 1 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Butter - 1 tsp

How to Make Easy Spinach Soup

  • Blanch the spinach leaves and blend it in a mixie. Make a fine paste.
  • In a kadai/ pan heat butter. Add spinach paste, sugar-ginger paste and garlic paste.
  • Add corn flour. Stir.
  • Then add cheese and salt. While serving garnish with a dot of butter, cheese and black pepper powder.
  • Serve hot.
