  • 1 cup - mixed julienned vegetables (carrots, beans, cabbage, cauliflower, peas, etc.)
  • 1 cup - button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 - bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - crushed ginger-garlic
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 2 tbsp - water
  • 1 tsp - Corn flour
  • salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1 sprig - Spring onion
  • How to Make Easy Stir Fried Vegetables:

    1. Heat butter in a non-stick kadai.
    2. Add ginger-garlic and saute for couple of minutes.
    3. Add the mushrooms. Saute them for 5 mins.
    4. Add the mixed vegetables and saute on a medium flame till the water from the mushrooms evaporates and the other vegetables are three-fourths done.
    5. Add the capsicum and saute for 2-3 mins.
    6. When all the vegetables are done but still crunchy, add the soy sauce, pepper and corn flour blended in some water. Mix well, heat through and serve with chopped spring onions.
