  • 10 - large Portobello Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup - ground meat, cooked
  • 4 tbsp - onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp- garlic, minced
  • salt to taste
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • 6 tbsp - capsicum, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - skimmed Milk
  • 2 tbsp - celery, chopped

How to Make Easy Stuffed Mushrooms

  • Remove stems from mushroom, keeping aside the caps. Chop the stems finely.
  • In a microwave bowl, mix mushroom stems, onion, capsicum and skimmed milk.
  • Microwave for 3 mins on high.
  • Remove and let it cool.
  • Add in the ground meat, salt, pepper powder and celery to make a mixture.
  • Roll the mixture into lime-sized balls.
  • Stuff in mushroom caps.
  • Microwave for 4-5 mins on high.
  • Serve with chopped vegetables.
