  • 2 - chicken drumsticks or 4 - chicken wings
  • 1 can - creamed corn
  • 1 packet - chicken soup
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - corn flour
  • 2 pod - garlic
  • 1 tbsp - olive oil
  • Finely cut spring onion lengthwise
  • salt to taste
  • 1 - red onion
  • 1 - egg

How to Make Easy Sweet Corn Chicken Soup

  • In a sauce pan, pour oil and saute finely cut red onions and garlic.
  • Add pepper powder mix well. Add the chicken and 4 cups and boil for 15 mins.
  • Take the chicken out and shred them. Keep aside in the soup.
  • In this chicken stock, add the chicken soup packet.
  • Add the shredded chicken, creamed corn, and 1 tsp of corn flour.
  • Mix well and add salt to taste.
  • Beat an egg and pour this over the soup with a fork.
  • While serving add the thinly cut spring onions.
