Ingredients

  • 4 - Medium green chillies, minced
  • 1 tsp - Cooking oil
  • 1 cup - Curd
  • 4 Cloves - Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup - Rava/ Sooji/ semolina
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp - Soda bi-carbonate
  • How to Make Easy to cook Dokhla:

    1. Mix the rava, curds and salt.
    2. Add 1 tsp cooking oil, minced green chillies, garlic and leave it to soak for 15 minutes.
    3. Grease the steaming vessel and just before pouring the batter, add the soda bi-carbonate with a little warm water.
    4. Steam in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes.
