Ingredients

  • 1 cup - diced vegetables (beans, zucchini, red bell pepper, mushrooms)
  • 1 cup - pasta
  • 1 cup - water
  • 2 - tomatoes
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp - pepper (crushed)
  • 3/4 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - tomato sauce
  • Salt as required
  • For white sauce:
  • 1/2 cup - milk
  • 2 tsp - maida
  • 1 tsp - butter

How to Make Easy Vegetable Pasta

  • Boil the pasta in water with a pinch of salt, till al dente.
  • Meanwhile, boil the vegetables till tender.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together milk and maida without any lumps.
  • Heat butter in a pan.
  • Add the milk and maida mixture, stirring well for 3 mins. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil or butter in a pan.
  • Saute onions till brown.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes, and fry for 3 mins.
  • Add the boiled vegetables, salt and saute for 3 - 5 mins.
  • Add tomato sauce and pepper. Mix well for 2 mins.
  • Add the boiled pasta and cook well for 5 mins.
  • Serve hot. | |
