  • 1 cup - wheat flour
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 2 cup - ghee
  • 1/2 cup - dry fruits powdered (cashew nuts, bad am, almonds)
  • 6 - cardamom, powdered

How to Make Easy Wheat Ladoos

  • In a thick bottom vessel, add wheat flour and 1 cup of ghee.
  • Fry till the mixture starts to give out an aroma and turns slightly brown in colour.
  • Allow it to cool for about 5 min.
  • While still warm, add sugar, dry fruits and cardamom.
  • Make lidos by adding the rest of the ghee little at a time
