  • 1 cup - Wheat flour
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 2 cup - Ghee
  • 1/2 cup - dry fruits powdered (cashew nuts, bad am, almonds)
  • 6 - cardamom, powdered
  • How to Make Easy Wheat Ladoos:

    1. In a thick bottom vessel, add wheat flour and 1 cup of ghee.
    2. Fry till the mixture starts to give out an aroma and turns slightly brown in colour.
    3. Allow it to cool for about 5 min.
    4. While still warm, add sugar, dry fruits and cardamom.
    5. Make lidos by adding the rest of the ghee little at a time
