Ingredients

  • 1 - medium-sized cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 bunch - Onion leeks, cut into bits
  • 4 tbsp - grated cheddar cheese
  • 6 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup - fresh Cream
  • 3 tsp - Tomato sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • How to Make Egg And Cauliflower Casserole:

    1. Cut and soak the cauliflower in salt water for an hour
    2. Cook the cauliflower in salted boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain.
    3. Whisk the beaten eggs lightly with salt, pepper, chilli powder, 2 tbsp of grated cheese, fresh cream and tomato sauce.
    4. Mix together with the cauliflower and onion leeks.
    5. Transfer to a buttered oven-safe dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
    6. Bake in a moderate oven (355 degrees Fahrenheit, Gas mark 4) for 25-30 minutes.
    7. Serve with buttered toast and chips.
