Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • 200 g - peas (1 cup, boiled)
  • 2 - Onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 - chillies (slit)
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 3/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam Masala (optional)
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • How to Make Egg and peas fry:

    1. Heat oil in a kadai and saute onion, chilli and curry leaves well till they turn slightly brown.
    2. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and pepper powder (lower the flame and add boiled peas, salt and garam masala powder).
    3. Break in the eggs into a bowl and beat.
    4. Increase the flame and when it`s very hot, add the beaten eggs and immediately turn off the flame.
    5. Scramble the eggs by mixing all together.
    6. Finally, add some coriander leaves and serve hot.
