  • 2 - eggs
  • 200 g - peas (1 cup, boiled)
  • 2 - onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 - chillies (slit)
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 3/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp - garam masala (optional)
  • Curry Leaves
  • Salt

How to Make Egg and peas fry

  • Heat oil in a kadai and saute onion, chilli and curry leaves well till they turn slightly brown.
  • Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and pepper powder (lower the flame and add boiled peas, salt and garam masala powder).
  • Break in the eggs into a bowl and beat.
  • Increase the flame and when it`s very hot, add the beaten eggs and immediately turn off the flame.
  • Scramble the eggs by mixing all together.
  • Finally, add some coriander leaves and serve hot.
