Ingredients

  • bread slices - 8
  • hard-boiled eggs - 4
  • Tomato - 1/2 cup, chopped
  • yellow mustard - 2 tbsp, or to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • low fat cheese spread - 4 tsp
  • How to Make Egg and Tomato Sandwiches:

    1. Cut the hard boiled eggs into halves and remove the yolks.
    2. Grate the whites. Add one yolk to the whites.
    3. Add mustard, salt and pepper and mix well. (Discard the remaining yolks )
    4. Spread each slice of bread thinly with the cheese spread and sandwich two slices with the egg mixture.
    5. Make four sandwiches and cut each sandwich into two parts.
