How to Make Egg Balls

  • Take a non-stick deep casserole and boil and simmer milk to 3/4 of the quantity
  • While the milk boils, beat the egg white till frothy
  • When it has reached to 3/4 of the quantity, add sugar and cardamom
  • Take a tbsp of egg white froth and pour it to the boiling milk and repeat this till the white froth blends into the milk
  • Now beat the egg yolk slightly and pour into the milk. This helps to thicken the milk.
  • Cook for 5 more mins and then cool
  • Keep it in the fridge before serving
