  • 1/2 kg - Maida
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - Curd
  • A pinch of Salt
  • A pinch of baking powder

How to Make Egg Batura

  • In a bowl, add the flour, egg, sugar, milk, curd, salt and baking powder. Mix it well until you have a smooth dough.
  • Cover with a wet cloth and leave to rest for 2 hours.
  • Divide the dough into small balls.
  • Take one ball and roll out on a lightly floured surface into a circle.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and deep fry.
  • Serve with chicken curry or any vegetable curry.
