Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 - onion, chopped finely
  • 1 - small tomato, chopped finely
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1/4 tsp - Cumin seeds powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1 - Garlic flake, ground
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - Milk
  • How to Make Egg Bhurjee:

    1. Beat the eggs well in a bowl
    2. Heat oil in a pan
    3. Splutter cumin seeds
    4. Fry onion till golden brown
    5. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies, simmer for a minute
    6. Add tomatoes and simmer for 3 mins
    7. Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder
    8. Mix well and keep for a minute
    9. Add beaten egg and stir continuously
    10. Cook on a low flame, stirring continuously, till set
    11. Remove from flame and garnish with coriander leaves
