Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Onions
  • 1/2 tbsp - tomato, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp - green chillies, chopped
  • 1 Pinch - Haldi powder
  • Salt - for taste
  • 1 tbsp - fresh Tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tbsp - oil

How to Make Egg Bhurji Roll for Kids

  • In a pan, heat oil, add chopped onion, chillies and tomato and fry a bit, till onion becomes golden brown.
  • Break the egg and put the yolk in the pan.
  • Add coriander, haldi and salt.
  • Add ketchup and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Place the sabji on paratha and roll.
