Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Onions
  • 1/2 tbsp - chopped Tomato
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Green chillies
  • 1 pinch - Turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch - salt
  • 1 tbsp - fresh Tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tbsp - oil
  • Paratha for rolls
  • How to Make Egg Bhurji Roll:

    1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, chillies and tomato and fry a bit, till onion becomes golden brown
    2. Beat the egg and pour it in the pan. Add the coriander, turmeric and salt.
    3. Add ketchup and stir fry for 2-3 mins
    4. Place the sabji on paratha and roll
