Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, chillies and tomato and fry a bit, till onion becomes golden brown
Beat the egg and pour it in the pan. Add the coriander, turmeric and salt.
Add ketchup and stir fry for 2-3 mins
Place the sabji on paratha and roll
