2 - eggs

1 tbsp - chopped Onions

1/2 tbsp - chopped Tomato

1 tbsp - chopped coriander

1 tbsp - chopped Green chillies

1 pinch - Turmeric powder

1 pinch - salt

1 tbsp - fresh Tomato ketchup

1/2 tbsp - oil

Paratha for rolls


  1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, chillies and tomato and fry a bit, till onion becomes golden brown
  2. Beat the egg and pour it in the pan. Add the coriander, turmeric and salt.
  3. Add ketchup and stir fry for 2-3 mins
  4. Place the sabji on paratha and roll
