  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • Oil to fry
  • 8 hard-boiled eggs
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves
  • Grind :
  • 1/2 coconut
  • 3 green chillies
  • A small handful of coriander leaves
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

How to Make Egg Bombs

  • Mix chopped masala, salt, corn flour and beaten egg in the mashed potatoes.
  • Cut each hard-boiled egg into half, length-wise, spread a layer of chutney on one half and join together.
  • Cover completely with mashed potatoes, roll in bread crumbs and fry in hot oil till lightly browned.
