Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs
  • 1.5 cup - Milk
  • 3 - bread slices, sides removed and cubed into 1/2 inch size
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 cup - grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard powder
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1 cup - Meat pieces
  • For Marinate
  • 3 - potatoes, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 tsp - Nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • How to Make Egg Casserole with cheddar cheese:

    1. Marinate the potatoes with nutmeg powder and salt.
    2. Heat a skillet, put meat pieces and cook till brown, stirring continuously.
    3. Beat eggs and mix with milk, mustard powder, cheese, salt and black pepper powder
    4. In a baking casserole, spread the bread cubes.
    5. Spread the meat pieces over the cubes
    6. Spread the potato slices
    7. Spread the egg mixture.
    8. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until done
