  • 2 - leftover chapattis, broken into small pieces
  • 2 - egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup - onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp - green chilli, minced
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Egg Chapatti Scramble

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the onion and green chillies
  • Stir in the coriander leaves
  • Now add the chapatti pieces, eggs, salt and pepper
  • Stir well and cook till the eggs set
  • Serve hot
