How to Make Egg Charchari

  • Heat the ghee or oil in a pan and saute the onion and ginger until pink
  • Add all the powders and salt
  • Now add the potatoes and fry until a light brown
  • Pour the eggs over them and cook
  • Stir till the eggs set
  • Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
