Ingredients

  • For drumstick:
  • 6 pieces - Chicken Drumsticks
  • 1 - Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 inch piece - Ginger (chopped)
  • 6 Cloves - Garlic (chopped)
  • 3 - Green chillies (slit)
  • 1 tbsp - pepper (crushed)
  • Salt to taste
  • For batter:
  • 1 - Egg white
  • 1 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - chilli sauce
  • Bread crumbs, to coat
  • How to Make Egg coated chicken drumstick:

    1. For drumstick:
    2. Combine all the ingredients for drumstick together and cook till done.
    3. For batter:
    4. Beat the egg white using a fork or spoon and mix all the sauces.
    5. Dip each drumstick in the egg mixture, coat it with bread crumbs, and deep-fry it in oil.
