Ingredients

  • For drumstick:
  • 6 pieces - chicken drumsticks
  • 1 - onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 inch piece - ginger (chopped)
  • 6 cloves - garlic (chopped)
  • 3 - green chillies (slit)
  • 1 tbsp - pepper (crushed)
  • Salt to taste
  • For batter:
  • 1 - egg white
  • 1 tbsp - tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - chilli sauce
  • Bread crumbs, to coat

How to Make Egg coated chicken drumstick

  • For drumstick:
  • Combine all the ingredients for drumstick together and cook till done.
  • For batter:
  • Beat the egg white using a fork or spoon and mix all the sauces.
  • Dip each drumstick in the egg mixture, coat it with bread crumbs, and deep-fry it in oil.
