Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Onions
  • 4-5 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tsp - ginger, grated
  • 2-3 Green chillies
  • 3 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 3-4 black Cardamom
  • 4-5 Cinnamon
  • 4-5 Red Chillies
  • pulp of 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. - oil
  • 1 tsp - poppy seed paste
  • 3 potatoes, fried.
  • How to Make Egg curry in Poppy Seed Paste:

    1. Chop onions, garlic and ginger, and grind to a paste.
    2. Heat oil, add cardamom, cinnamon and red chillies. Add hard boiled eggs and fry a little. Remove from oil.
    3. Add onion and poppy seed paste and fry. Dissolve masala and salt in 1/2 cup of water and add to the paste. Add green chilli and tomatoes and fry well.
    4. Add fried potatoes and water, and cook till potatoes are tender. Add egg halves and boil for 2 mins.
    5. Sprinkle coriander (chopped) and serve with roti or naan.
