Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 kg - Potatoes
  • 4 Green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - Bengal Gram dal
  • 1/2 tsp - fried Coriander seeds
  • 2 sprigs Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp - Turmeric powder
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/4 cup - Cream
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Egg curry with Soya Sauce:

    1. Boil potatoes, peel and cut each into 2 pieces.
    2. Boil eggs, peel and slice into two halves.
    3. Heat oil, grind green chillies, bengal gram and fried coriander seeds and fry. Add egg pieces and fry for 3 mins.
    4. Add potatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder, soya sauce, salt and curry leaves.
    5. Pour cream on top and serve hot.
