Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 kg - potatoes
  • 4 green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - Bengal gram dal
  • 1/2 tsp - fried coriander seeds
  • 2 sprigs curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp - turmeric powder
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/4 cup - cream
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Egg curry with Soya Sauce

  • Boil potatoes, peel and cut each into 2 pieces.
  • Boil eggs, peel and slice into two halves.
  • Heat oil, grind green chillies, bengal gram and fried coriander seeds and fry. Add egg pieces and fry for 3 mins.
  • Add potatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder, soya sauce, salt and curry leaves.
  • Pour cream on top and serve hot.
