Ingredients

  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 1 pinch - salt
  • 1 cup - bread crumb
  • Oil for frying
  • For cutlet:
  • 4 - hard boiled eggs, shelled and chopped finely
  • 2 - boiled potatoes, peeled and smashed
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped carrots, boiled
  • 1/4 cup - finely chopped French beans, boiled
  • 1/4 cup - boiled peas
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - lemon juice
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 cup - bread crumbs

How to Make Egg Cutlet

  • Mix all the ingredients for the cutlets
  • Make small balls of the mixture and press them slightly and shape into cutlets.
  • Beat together the egg and a pinch of salt.
  • Heat oil for frying.
  • Dip the cutlets in the beaten egg.
  • Roll them in the bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry till golden brown. Serve hot
