Ingredients

  • 4 - hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup - sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup - Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 - green chilli, chopped finely
  • 1/4 tsp - mustard sauce
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1 - onion, grated

How to Make Egg Dip

  • Blend eggs, mayonnaise, onion, chillies in a blender.
  • Pour it in a bowl.
  • Add mustard sauce, pepper powder and salt.
  • Add sour cream and cheese.
  • Mix it well.
  • Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Serve with raw vegetables.
