Ingredients

  • 2.5 cup - Chicken pieces
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 - spring onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp - black pepper powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp - Sugar

How to Make Egg Drop Soup

  • Boil the chicken pieces along with salt and pepper powder and enough water.
  • Slightly beat the eggs.
  • Add the chopped onions to the beaten eggs and stir well.
  • Pour the egg mixture slowly into the boiling stock, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  • Let it boil for 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
