  • 6 - eggs
  • 3 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 2 - green onions, minced
  • 1/2 tsp - minced Ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • How to Make Egg Dumplings:

    1. Beat the eggs thoroughly with salt.
    2. Combine soya sauce, ginger and onions.
    3. Heat frying pan, grease with 1 tbsp. oil and pour in 3 tbsps. of eggs.
    4. When the underside turns firm, fold over, press down edges with the help of a flat spatula and remove from the pan.
    5. Repeat the same process until all the ingredients are used up.
    6. Put all the dumplings in a pan and pour 1/2 cup of water, sugar and remaining soya sauce over it.
    7. Cover tightly and cook slowly for 10 mins. Serve hot.
