Ingredients

  • 250 g - cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup - fresh curds
  • 1.5 tbsp - cocoa
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 4 tsp - gelatin
  • 1 tsp - instant coffee powder
  • 1 cup - chilled milk
  • 1/2 cup - fresh cream, lightly whipped
  • grated chocolate to decorate

How to Make Egg Free Chocolate Mousse

  • Beat cream cheese with cocoa and curd till smooth.
  • Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup of water.
  • Combine sugar with 1/2 cup of water. Dissolve over a low flame.
  • Dissolve gelatin over a low flame and add to the sugar syrup.
  • Stir in coffee powder. Blend this liquid into cream cheese mixture.
  • Cool completely and add well chill.
