Ingredients

  • 5 - Egg
  • 2 - potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup - sliced Mushroom
  • 1 - capsicum, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup - Cauliflower florets, small
  • 1 - onion, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp - Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp - white pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup - Cream
  • 1/2 cup - shredded cheese
  • 2 tbsp - oil

How to Make Egg Frittata

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Saute onion, garlic and mushroom till onions are transparent
  • Add potatoes, capsicum and cauliflower
  • Saute till potatoes are browned
  • Remove from flame and put in a bowl
  • Beat eggs with cream, salt, oregano and pepper till fluffy
  • Pour egg over potato-mushroom mixture
  • Add cheese and coriander leaves
  • Put in a greased baking dish
  • Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F for 40 mins
  • Cool for 10 mins and serve
