How to Make Egg Fry

  • Boil the eggs and keep it aside
  • Finely grind all other ingredients. Heat oil in a pan
  • Fry the ground mix for 5-10 mins
  • Slice the eggs into 4 pieces without separating yolk
  • Add it into masala
  • Fry for 2 mins
  • Serve after garnishing with coriander leaves
