Ingredients

  • 5 - egg
  • 1.5 tbsp - corn flour
  • 1.5 tbsp - butter
  • 4 cube - cheese
  • 1.5 cup - milk
  • 1 - capsicum
  • 1 - tomato
  • 1 - onion
  • 1.5 tbsp - bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Egg Gratin

  • Boil 4 eggs and put in cold water
  • Shell eggs and cut each egg into four
  • Heat butter and saute onions till transparent. Add corn flour
  • Fry a little. Pour milk, stir continuously till mixture is light and creamy.
  • Cook thoroughly till sauce is glossy. Add grated cheese, salt and 1 beaten egg; mix well
  • Arrange 2 egg pieces in a dish. Pour sauce, sprinkle bread crumbs and pepper, and place rest of the eggs
  • Keep in a grill or oven for 5 mins
