Ingredients

  • 5 - Egg
  • 1.5 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 1.5 tbsp - Butter
  • 4 cube - cheese
  • 1.5 cup - Milk
  • 1 - Capsicum
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1.5 tbsp - bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • How to Make Egg Gratin:

    1. Boil 4 eggs and put in cold water
    2. Shell eggs and cut each egg into four
    3. Heat butter and saute onions till transparent. Add corn flour
    4. Fry a little. Pour milk, stir continuously till mixture is light and creamy.
    5. Cook thoroughly till sauce is glossy. Add grated cheese, salt and 1 beaten egg; mix well
    6. Arrange 2 egg pieces in a dish. Pour sauce, sprinkle bread crumbs and pepper, and place rest of the eggs
    7. Keep in a grill or oven for 5 mins
