Ingredients

  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 cup - mawa
  • 1 tbsp - pure Ghee
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - dry fruits
  • 1 tsp - ground green Cardamom
  • 1/2 cup - fresh Milk

How to Make Egg Halwa

  • Mix the eggs, mawa, sugar and milk together until the sugar dissolves. Put a heavy bottom pan on fire and melt the ghee
  • Pour the egg mixture in it. Stir continuously till the eggs are cooked. Fry till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan. Remove from fire, mix the dry-fruits and cardamom-powder
