2 cups - Water
6 - Egg, base 1
200 gms - Potato, base 2
1 tbsp - Vinegar, for grinding
3 flakes - Garlic, for grinding
1-inch - Ginger, for grinding
1 - Onion, for grinding
2 - Green chillies, for grinding
1/4 tsp - Turmeric/Haldi, for grinding
1/2 tsp - Jeera/Cumin seeds, for grinding
4 - Dry red chillies, for grinding
2 tbsp - Ghee, for seasoning
1/2 - Onion, for seasoning
1 tbsp -
Salt to taste
How to Make Egg Indad
Hard boil the eggs and cut them into halves.
Then grind the ingredients for for grinding.
Now heat the ghee in a pan and saute the onions kept for seasoning until brown.
Add this to the ground masala, stirring all the time.
Then add 1 cup of hot water, salt and sugar and vinegar to it and let it boil.
Now add the eggs and potatoes with some water.
Let the eggs and potatoes absorb the curry.
Serve hot with rice or chapathi.
