How to Make Egg Kheema

  • Heat oil in pan and add onion. Saute it till it turns brown.
  • Then add tomato, ginger, garlic and green chilly and cook it well for a minute or so
  • Then add beaten eggs one at time and stir the mixture on medium heat until eggs are cooked.
  • Once the eggs are cooked, add some salt and pepper for seasoning
  • Continue to break egg into small pieces.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with bread and hot sauce.
