Ingredients

  • 5 - Egg
  • 2 - Clove
  • 2 - Cinnamon
  • 2 - Cardamom
  • 1 cup - chopped bell peppers
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 2 cup - Coconut Milk
  • Salt
  • 5 - Green chillies
  • 1/4 cup - chopped coriander
  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Egg Koorma with Coconut Milk:

    1. Heat oil in a pan add cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves, add sliced onion and saute.
    2. Add slit green chillies, coriander and ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins.
    3. Add chopped bell peppers, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, mix everything and add boiled eggs
    4. Add coconut milk and simmer for 10 min
    5. Serve
