Ingredients

  • 5 - egg
  • 2 - clove
  • 2 - cinnamon
  • 2 - cardamom
  • 1 cup - chopped bell peppers
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 2 cup - coconut milk
  • Salt
  • 5 - green chillies
  • 1/4 cup - chopped coriander
  • 4 tbsp - oil

How to Make Egg Koorma with Coconut Milk

  • Heat oil in a pan add cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves, add sliced onion and saute.
  • Add slit green chillies, coriander and ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins.
  • Add chopped bell peppers, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, mix everything and add boiled eggs
  • Add coconut milk and simmer for 10 min
  • Serve
