Ingredients

  • Egg - 4
  • Onion - 3
  • Oil - 1-2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes - 2
  • Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste - 3/4 tsp
  • A pinch of Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnish
  • How to Make Egg Layerwala:

    1. In a pan, fry chopped onions till they turn pink.
    2. Add garlic paste and fry till fragrant.
    3. Add chopped tomatoes, chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt. Fry till the tomatoes turn pulpy.
    4. Break the eggs on this mixture and cover it completely.
    5. Cook on a low flame for 15 mins.
    6. Garnish with coriander leaves, slice and serve.
